Try these tips first:

Is your condenser filter clean on top?

Is the flue placed in the right direction?

Is your temperature set to -14°C? Press the ‘Set’ button check.

Have you tempered your product for a minimum of 24 hours?

Is your speed dial all the way to the right?

Have you flushed your nozzle?

Is your Nozzle assembly in the right order? Check the visual inside the door.

Have you checked,

That your condenser filter is clean on the bottom?

That your temperature is correctly set to -14°C? Press the Set button to read the current setting.
