Stock is readily available and will be supplied within a 2 – 4-week period depending on the equipment option above.
What are the power & location requirements?
Riva is plug-and-play with no plumbing required and a standard 240 volt 10 amppower point. The benchtop dispenser requires 200mm clearance above the unit for air flow.
Can I make my own product?
Our premium products are ready-made and frozen for you. The Riva dessert products are delivered to your door via your local Frozen food distributor. Consult our team to explore custom product and flavour options tailored to your vision.
What is the average cost per serve?
This will vary depending on your buying power through your distributor. Australian industry averages are less than 40 cents per 100ml for Riva ice cream and less than $1.50 per 100 grams for Riva Açaí.
Do you have Nutritional information?
The Riva Ice cream is real ice cream meaning that we meet the FSANZ Standard of having a min 10% milk fat.
Vanilla & Chocolate are Gluten Free and Halal Certified.

We offer 4-8 weekly customer care calls depending on your location.
